What do I need to start a case audit?
You need your case number or a few documents from your file, the name of your current attorney, and a short description of what is concerning you. That is enough to begin. Anything else we need, we ask for during the review.
Do I have to upload documents or can you pull the file?
In most Florida counties we can work from the case number alone because the Clerk of Court publishes the docket online, so uploads are optional. Uploading your retainer, key filings, and recent correspondence gives the review more depth. You can do both.
What happens after I get the written report?
After the report is delivered you schedule a consultation call to walk through it, ask questions, and clarify anything that is unclear. There is no obligation after that call. Most people use the report to have a better conversation with the attorney they already have.
